Staying in our beautiful & cozy cottage is a great choice for couples or individuals looking for an enjoyable holiday and need to relax. It has an open plan living room and kitchen; a spacious 1 bedroom with a king size bed and lots of storage space; and 1 bathroom with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 2 extra guests (extra guests must be added to your booking).

There are a variety of amenities for your comfort throughout your stay.

HIGHLIGHTS
Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room, with additional air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Relax with a Smart TV with cable and Firestick in the living room and another Smart TV with Firestick in the bedroom. Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi and an Internet extender, and listen to music with the Bluetooth stereo/radio. The hot water tank ensures you’ll always have a hot shower, and the freestanding water cooler keeps your drinks cool. Each bedroom has its own safe for your valuables. Other amenities include a coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Free parking is available and there is 24 hour security and garden maintenance three times a week.

Recognizing that our guests don’t have full control over their travel arrival and departure times, Early Check-In and Late Check-Out options may be granted subject to availability. If you require this option, please enquire prior to booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

CLEANING FEE:
Additional cleaning during your stay is $20(US) per cleaning and must be requested 24 hours in advance.

NO PRIVATE POOL:
There is no access to the pool on the property unless the villa and cottage are rented together. There are community pools throughout the gated community for use – access fees may apply.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS:
There is a fully detached private 2-bedroom villa with 2 ½ bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and private pool on the property (next to the cottage) which allows you to book the entire spacious property as 3-bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens – accommodating 4 additional guests at an additional cost per night. The cottage and villa can be rented together for up to 8 guests. The 2 bedroom villa has similar facilities for your comfort during your stay.
