Master Suites Villa (3-Bedroom)

This attractive three-bedroom bungalow is located in the highly desirable Sosua Ocean Village. Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, with two featuring king-size beds and the other equipped with a double queen bed. The bungalow is also equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen and a private pool, complete with an outdoor pool house. Air conditioning units are present in the bedrooms and living room for maximum comfort. Furthermore, the property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from various amenities in Ocean Village, including a gym, water park, restaurants, playgrounds, and the beach. All bedrooms feature theirown bathroom and shower, making them ideal for guests.

The space consists of three bedrooms: two king bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and one double queen bedroom with a private bathroom.

All bedrooms in the villa have walk-in closets and drawers for hanging and storing clothes.

The closets also contain a safe to store personal items safely. Additionally, Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms and sitting areas. Maid service is included in the rental. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. No glass is permitted in the pool area and eating is prohibited in the bedrooms. Any damages will be charged to the registered guest. The guest access is visitor and guest-friendly 24/7.

Please note a day pass must be purchased to access the water park and amenities.

Parking for the villa is limited to two cars only.
